Just got it looked at and now we have to wait for a part to come in. It worked good and I’m enjoying the front load but just sucks that we have to already get it fixed.

The cycle options are fantastic and make getting the articles as clean as they can very easy. Our set is just outside our TV room and you can't hear it even when its on spin its so quiet. It holds as much as our stand alone Whirlpool did and that's important to us.

This does an equal job I am sure and I like the handy soap dispenser ( although it is somewhat fragile) and the motor while spinning creates a much louder noise then my previous. Not as insulted or just cheaper materials used I guess!
