Easy, quick cleanup

Spills happen. That's why industry-first EZ-2-Lift™ hinged cast-iron grates give you quick access to spills on the cooktop by lifting part of the grate while the rest of it stays in place. They're also removable with a dishwasher-safe finish for a more thorough clean.
