Rated 3 out of 5 by mark57 from Overall we are happy with our new range, however just over the holidays we noticed several tiny chips in the cook top surface. This range replaced our previous 22 year old range, and it never had any chips in it. We will be contacting our retailer in the new year, and hopefully this is a manufacturing defect and will be replaced. Also we find the cooktop difficult to clean compared to our old range.

I was sceptical about this feature considering the previous oven I had required a preheat time that was ridiculously slow. Always disliked that particular oven if only for that reason. This oven cooks from frozen a motor city pizza in 20 minutes. That is the cook time on the pizza box and that is exactly how long it takes. Absolutely no preheating required for that. When preheating is required for baking bread or muffins it completes the preheating very quickly. It utilizes the bottom oven element, the top broil element but it also has a third element near the convection fan. Another bonus is the consistent temperature within the oven. My previous oven would fluctuate temperature quite a lot which I only noticed after baking bread that would never turn out the same.

Rated 1 out of 5 by SZN27 from Oven failed after 2 1/2 years. Not worth it. I bought this Electric Range on 08/07/2021 and was available for delivery until November 30, 2021. It was working well but always the oven was taking too long to heat to the proper temperature but assumed that was normal. Yesterday the oven made a buzzing noise and sound of sparks while warming it up and smoke started to come from the bottom of the oven. Oven was turned off immediately. Bottom heater stopped working. It has only been 2 and 1/2 years old. I am not impressed at all with the quality of this Electric Range.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointed from Wished I purchased something else I’m an experienced baker and everything I bake in this oven turns out dreadful. My tried and true recipes are all fails: cookies are greasy and hard and my muffins and cakes don’t rise or turn out crumbly. I’ve tried lowering the temperature, lessened my baking time, adjusted my ingredients, moved the racks to different levels and nothing seems to help. I’m out of ideas. I believe it bakes far too hot or the oven cavity is too large which affects baked goods. Cooking anything else is fine because it’s hard to ruin a roast or a casserole.
