Range with FIT System Limited Guarantee logo

The FIT System Limited Guarantee ensures that new wall ovens with the FIT System can be properly installed into a kitchen’s existing cabinetry of compatible width and configuration. If not, claim within 30 days of delivery and Whirlpool will provide up to $300 toward professionally modifying your cabinets. 

Installations related to new home construction or remodeling are excluded under the FIT System Guarantee.

Range with FIT System Limited Guarantee logo

The FIT System Limited Guarantee applies to new qualifying 30” (76 cm) Whirlpool® front control ranges. We guarantee that your new appliance fits into the cutout dimensions of 30” (76 cm) width, 24” (61 cm) depth and 36” (91.5 cm) height. If it doesn’t, claim within 30 days of delivery and receive up to $300 toward professionally modifying the depth of your countertop cutout.

Installations related to new home construction or remodeling are excluded under the FIT System Guarantee.

You can also receive a set of three (3) 0.5" (1.3 cm) trim pieces from Whirlpool Canada to cover the sides and back edges of the cutout.

If you are unsatisfied with the cleaning performance of our AquaLift® Self-Clean technology, this guarantee allows you to receive a refund of the purchase price, including taxes (excludes finance, delivery and removal/installation costs) and to return the qualifying range to Whirlpool Canada. To be eligible, you must submit a claim within 90 days of delivery.

Claims Process

Within 30 days of your eligible appliance being delivered, mail the following documents to this address:

  1. The completed and signed claim form.

  2. A copy of your sales receipt. It must be legible, dated between January 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020 and clearly feature the delivery date. 

  3. A photo of the oven model that is being replaced.

  4. A dated invoice or receipt from a professional installer or contractor. It must clearly state the cost to modify your existing cabinet. 

Don’t forget:

  • To retain a copy of all documents for your records. 

  • It will take 3-5 weeks from when the claim form is mailed to receive payment of validated claims. 

  • All claims must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date of the qualifying appliance.

Claims for all guarantees, excluding the FIT System Limited Guarantee, can be easily submitted by following these steps:

  1. Within 30 days of the delivery of a qualifying appliance, complete the claim form and call 1-800-807-6777 to start the process. For AquaLift® Self-Cleaning Technology Limited Guarantee claims may be submitted within 90 days of delivery.

  2. Mail the completed claim form along with a copy of the dated sales receipt. The owner will be contacted upon receipt by Whirlpool Canada to arrange for pick up.

    1. Disconnect your appliance so that it’s ready for pick up. 

  3. Call Whirlpool Canada after the unit has been picked up.

  4. The owner will receive payment in the form of a cheque 4-6 weeks after pickup.
