Rated 5 out of 5 by James from Very Happy , perfect handling of Christmas dinner Very happy with the stove. We bought it before Christmas and it. Did a great job on all our traditional family cooking/baking. I was not happy with how dirty the ‘glass’ stove-top got until I went to the website if the glass maker and found their cleaning guide. With the correct cleaner and appliances, scrapper & buff, it cleans easily and has its original shine. The only thing I would improve would be the slides for the drawer under the oven. It has a rough slide and grating sound when opened and closed. A small inconvenience compared to how nice the rest of the features are. I would certainly recommend the stove to any new buyers.

We took delivery if our range just before Christmas and liked the nice clean lines and the way it complimented our other Whirpool appliances. Unfortunatley after a few weeks of use we started to question our choice of ranges. The burner dials - that I thought would be functionally better and safer - are very difficult to see / read and set. An illuminated dial would have been so much better. In addition, the stainless trim piece between the cook top and the dials / front edge of the range is starting to like it is years old instead of just a couple of months... you cannot slide your pot or pan off the cooktop, you must pick it up and lift it off the cokktop. Not always easy to do when that pot or pan is very heavy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by LizH from It really heats up quickly. Still getting used to some of the dials and features and totally not sure about this air fry. Getting used to the buttons on front. Our other stove showed exactly what element was on and was still too hot to touch. This stove just shows the stovetop is on The drawer at the bottom seems flimsy but then my other stove I could not take the drawer out. It was firstly too heavy and I think was also a warming tray which I never used.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Cumani123 from At least the top of the stove (heated rings) work I bought the range in November and as yet, I've been unable to use the bake or broil function (and probably the other functions the main oven offers if I tried them). The main oven shows a fault at the pre heat stage so it never reached (or maintains) the required temperature. A technician has inspected the appliance and I am now required dto wait between 2 to 4 weeks for the part. It's not what I would expect from a newly purchased stove.

Rated 1 out of 5 by DD75 from Crazy Oven Temperatures We had this delivered Jan. 2 , 2026. A week later we used the oven for the first time. Cooking a $100.00 Prime Rib Roast at 350 degrees, which should have taking a hour. Took two hours. This ruined our dinner party. The next day I went and bought a oven thermometer. Set the oven to 350 and found it was only 300 degrees. Crazy it was out 50 degrees. Then over the next couple days I check different temperatures from 275 to 450 degrees. The temperatures were all over the place out 25 to 50 degrees. Home Depot contacted Whirlpool and a Tech came to check out our NEW oven. The Tech said it needed a New Oven Sensor and New Control Panel. He also said if I were you I would return this oven. What else could go wrong. The other issues the burners are slow to heat up. The knobs have small print and are hard to read. To set the timer for 20 minutes you have to push the up arrow button 20 times which is ridiculous. We did not want to have this oven fixed. Home Depot gave us a full refund to buy whatever brand we wanted. I would DEFINITELY would not recommend buying this oven.
