After using the appliance for couples of months, I noticed that the silver paint of the front panel is slowly peeling off even though I have been only using the cleaning products recommended. In addition, the aqualift featured doesn’t work at all. I am very disappointed about the quality of this product and I wouldn’t recommend it and I would suggest to the construction company of my building do not used this band for future developments.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Kaceew19 from Do not purchase! Aqua lift self clean is a joke. Does not work. Stove is 22 months old and the oven died. Unplugged stove. Checked breakers. Tried unlocking it with the 3 second hold button. None of the above troubleshooting tactics have helped. Oven is still not working. plastic pice that covers the wires in the front of the stove keeps falling down because the clips do not keep it in place. To buy an upgraded model instead of sticking with the builder model has been a HUGE disappointment to say the least. Have had issues with the microwave, washer and dryer too. Stay away from Whirlpool!!

I purchased a range 3 years ago and I find out today that I have to replace it as the mother board is shot and will cost in excess of $400 as my oven will not maintain a constant temperature. One of the reasons I bought this stove, and paid what I did, was because of the Whirlpool name. I have checked online and will not purchase a Whirlpool or any company it owns for my replacement. It is unbelievable to me that because of one overpriced part I need to replace my stove. I had to replace a knob just a couple of weeks ago for $60… a knob!!! It probably cost Whirlpool less than $5. You got my money once but never again!

I do wish that when I select the Convection Bake mode, that the temperature would automatically adjust to 25 degree less. I love the all black glass look, except for detailing stainless surrounding the knobs at both ends of the panel that sits on top of the range, the stainless oven handle, and the stainless storage door at the bottom. Now I am thinking about replacing my stainless refrigerator with a black Whirlpool I looked at recently, although it does look good with my new range, for now. Rated 5 out of 5 by Suebee from I love my new range I love the features I have had a convection range before but I do find this range is far superior to my old one it bakes perfectly even. The airfry is a total bonus and the fact that it comes with the tray was awesome. The only thing I could complain about is I find it takes longer to preheat than my old stove but that is not deal breaker for me I love the look It fits perfectly in my new kitchen. I did alit of research before purchasing and I so glad I chose this range. I have not used thd self clean feature yet but am confident that it will perform just as I expect . It is also extremely quiet love love love it. I couldn't be happier ☺

Rated 1 out of 5 by pos1 from Horrible I have never been so disappointed in a purchase as I have been with this stove. I wish I had never purchased it - I regret it so much. The glass top is impossible to keep clean & therefore so annoying. The self clean function is the biggest joke out there. I set it to clean & it didn't clean one speck of grime off the oven. In fact I did the self clean at least 6 times & the oven is still a filthy, disgusting mess. If I could go back in time I would have kept on walking right past this stove & would have spent my $2,000 plus dollars on something that made me happy; not frustrated & wanting to get rid of it every time I look at it.

I have the same stove on order for my daughter as well as a whirlpool fridge and dishwasher. I will be cancelling the order if whirlpool does not fix or replace my range in the next 7 days .

However, after only 1.5 years of regular use, the paint at the front panel is chipping off. Like many others here have mentioned, I am disappointed with the poor craftsmanship and quality of this electric range. It looks like it has aged 10 years

Rated 1 out of 5 by ckone from Wouldn't buy again At the beginning I was happy with this oven. But after normal use it is scratched because they put a lip at the front. It's impossible for pots or pans not to touch it. Needless to say it looks horrible. The scratches happened almost immediately. Worse over time. I had repair guy out and he was zero help says that's the way it is. The cooktop very hard to clean even with the right products. Never stays shiny. Also the silver knobs are cheap plastic. I paid a fortune for this oven and didn't think they would be THIS cheap.
