It keeps shutting down
I bought this item three years ago for our new house. It worked fine for the first two years, but now it is shutting down without warning: the display window becomes blank and no buttons are responding. I checked the circuit breaker and the electrical current coming out is fine.

Unhappy with this unit - do not recommend
This ove/microwave combo has multiple issues. The user interface is not user friendly at all. When both the oven and microwave are in use, it’s easy to accidentally turn one or the off. It’s fairly obvious when the microwave is turned off, but I’ve missed noticing that the oven has been turned off.
The microwave occasionally doesn’t turn off after the end of the time. The light turns off and the turntable stops, but the unit is still running.
The time and date continuously reset to January 1.
I dislike it so much that I’m seriously considering replacing it already.
I also purchased a new Whirlpool dishwasher at the same time - also dislike it intensely.

Disappointed
This unit constantly turns off/resets itself. I have to reset the time/date all the time and if I’m using it at the time it shuts off I need to reheat and reset the timer as well. It is a huge pain!

DO NOT BUY WHIRLPOOL
I bought a new whirlpool microwave/wall oven combination. After 4 months of use the sound notifications stopped working. I’m being told by the technician that there are no parts in Canada to fix it. I also bought a new whirlpool dishwasher and after 5 months of use the pump and motor has stopped working. It also can not be repaired as there are NO replacement parts anywhere I. Canada and there is no date in the future that they know off that whirlpool parts will be available.
I would love Whirlpool to contact be, but I doubt very much they will even publish this review.

It’s not smart oven it’s stupid oven!!!
Stay away From this whirlpool oven as a friendly advise !! It’s a headache that we bought l don’t know where to start once my house was almost burning !!!! they came & change the parts but still we having a lot of problems we are calling service at list twice a week bref it’s garbage
