Rated 1 out of 5 by Salann from Not a happy customer! I bought this dishwasher a month ago and am so disappointed. I wish I could return it but, of course, that's not possible. I have been using dishwashers for 45 years and this is the worst one I've owned. I'm finding it very difficult to load, especially the top rack. Nothing seems to fit property. And unless I use the "normal" setting, everything is wet at the end of the cycle. The bar that spins around is always full of water and it spills on everything in the bottom rack. I live alone and the "Quick Wash" is all I need to use. Then I had to pay an additional $50 just to get something that holds wine glasses in place. I'm not happy.

The drawback is that depending upon the wash cycle it could take up to 4 hours for a complete cycle to finish. There is a speedier cycle but the dishes are not as dry. Still I am very happy with this product. Holds a lot of dishes. Pretty quiet too.
