Rated 3 out of 5 by Dishwasher from Disappointed I bought my dishwasher in 2018 and at first it worked great. This year it stopped dispensing the soap unit. It would just melt on the door. It doesn't clean the dishes well at all anymore. It is a crap shoot it they come out clean. Ive had a service man out twice and he basically told me to rinse the dishes off (whats the point of a dishwasher?) run the water for a couple of minutes on hot and put the soap inside the unit, not the door. If I select sani rinse it always blinks at end of cycle - indicating that it didn't work properly. I am very limited to which cycle and other choices work. I am tempted to buy a new one and its only 3 years old. I will definitely never buy another whirlpool

Our old model was tired and was going to cost so much to repair 3 parts it was better to get a new one. The cycles now seem longer but dry clean dishes every time is worth a little extra time b
