The design is beautiful, with wide shelves and deep bins that make organizing groceries a breeze. The French door layout means I can see everything at a glance, and the full-width drawer is perfect for platters or snacks. The cooling is consistent, and produce stays fresh much longer than in my old fridge. I also love how quiet it runs — I barely notice it’s on. The stainless steel finish resists fingerprints, which keeps it looking brand new. It’s both functional and stylish, and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. If you want a fridge that combines looks, performance, and storage space, this is the one.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Out in the Cold from Not a good refrigerator The right side door arrived with insulation poking out of the seam. The doors are not flush with each other. The gasket tore, for which we've made a warranty call. The fridge doors don't close on their own, instead of designing it to auto-close like older fridges, they put in a beeper to call you when it's not closed (by which point you may have left the room). Parts of the refrigerator section freeze and ruin vegetables. The freezer light doesn't come on at times because of ice buildup on the drawer-open sensor. The freezer drawer is hard to clean. It's not very quiet - marginally louder than the fridge we replaced which was 20 years old. The owner's manual is seriously lacking. The only good thing about this refrigerator is that it's counter depth.

The only issue is, it is very noisey when running. Family and friends have commented on this. In all fairness to the company, they are sending a repair person next week. I hope this will be ressolved at that time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Cathy E from Nice Quiet Refrigerator We purchased this item in January and it is a nice looking and quiet refrigerator. Practicality wise we have a couple of comments: 1) the freezer is quite small and does not hold nearly enough (our fault not Whirlpool's as we wanted counter depth, 2) the temperature controls and display at the top in the middle along with the water filter take up a lot of space on the top shelf and actually get in the way. The top shelf is usually reserved for larger items and you definitely have to work around these things.

Also appreciate the deli drawer being above the vegetable drawers as it’s easy to utilize. Internal water feature is really nice and not as slow as some I’ve dealt with. Ice maker keeps up no problem! We are only a 2 person family so the freezer has tons of space for us. All in all very pleased with this purchase.

The shelving in unit is easily assessable because of the French doors and everything in the frig is at eye level and much larger then our old frig We should have replaced our old frig years ago.
