Rated 4 out of 5 by Blair from I really like the features on it I am happy with this fridge so far. There are a couple of minor issues that could be addressed when the fridge is manufactured. The right door for the refrigerator swings the the right a bit too aggressively and makes me nervous that something might break as a result. Another minor issue is the water fill devise does not shut off soon enough which allows water to run down the freezer door and onto the floor. perhaps the valve could be adjusted so it would shut off sooner.

Rated 3 out of 5 by isyv76 from Nice looking fridge with a few issues. Nice looking fridge. The black finish looks great but is very easy to scratch. The fridge size is great with lots of storage space however the freezer size is small. In the picture brochure it shows you can fit a frozen pizza box but that is not the case. The ice dispenser is quite loud when it shoots ice. Also the flap inside the shoot doesn't close all the way after dispensing ice which makes the few ice that is still in the shoot melt and drops out on to the floor.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Connie from Could be better No drip tray. Ice maker spits out small pieces of ice onto the floor when I use it even though I haven't used the ice crusher yet. Both ice and water release seem a little awkward. Fridge door has no catch to prevent it from swinging open.

Rated 1 out of 5 by MaryAnn disappointed. from Avoid at all costs!! I would rate this a big fat Zero stars if I could. We have had nothing but trouble since day 1 with this fridge. The ice maker leaked water from the start. It took well over a month and 6 visits from the repair man to finally get it to work. We had such a bad water leak that we had to get a Flood restoration company in to dry our floor. It even faded the flooring right in front of the fridge. The floor that we had just installed the day before that horrible fridge. Fans had to run day and night for 3 days!! Stay away from it. It is a terrible appliance. Even now after we FINALLY got it to stop leaking, it is awful. Very hard to keep at a descent temperature. It's too warm, then too cold. Never a proper temperature. And the ice maker is SO LOUD that our neighbour's dog started barking one day when we had the window open and hubby used the ice maker. There is NOTHING good I can say about this piece of junk. And I am starting to notice a funny noise coming from it once in a while on top of everything else. All I can hope is that it dies a swift and timely death so I can replace it. If you see this thing please!! turn and run in the other direction.

Rated 3 out of 5 by no more side by sides from Average. Would not buy again. A very basic side by side. The shelves are not adjustable. We upgraded from a much older model. The old one had a wind up adjustment on one shelf and only two containers. So we had much more shelf space in the old one. Also the water dispenser is confusing for the kids. This one had a separate activator for ice and another for water. Most others simply have a switch and the kids pick what they want. Also the plastic packing is a pain to remove. The panels were covered in plastic and then installed. So the only way to remove all the plastic would be to remove the panels, which is not a viable option. So now we have a new fridge with a little plastic fringe all over the edges.
