Best washer you will ever own
This is the best washer I have ever owned. I bought it as a scratch and dent with no research done prior. When I read the reviews I almost returned it. Thankfully I didnt because its the best washer I have ever owned. My clothes have never been cleaner and with such minimal water. I have a large family and do a ton of laundry. My water bill is less and my clothes are super clean and soft. Im not sure why people say its loud. It not loud. It does make regular washer noise. Thats it. The fabric softener dispenser works so great. I couldnt love this machine anymore then I do, dont believe the other reviews, you will not regret purchasing this washer.

Good looking, intuitive features,simple just like
We bought the washer and the dryer together, they look amazing, the usage of the different cycle is very easy it really intuitive and I like that, they’re are not that loud if you close the door we don’t really hear them, thinking about the fact that our house has 816 foot square and we’re on the same level. The door of the dryer is a little bit hard to close but I think it is normal, it is only the little plastic thing to hold the door closed. Everything goes like it should the dryer dry really well, we changed these because we want to do lavable diapers and we didn’t start yet.. we still have to discover the different settings but we are satisfied

Look for a better machine.

Serial #:CE04 0035U Unfortunately we bought a Whirlpool and are not at all satisfied with our laundry results for the price we paid. The start button needs to be pressed for up to 30 seconds then it "senses" for several minutes before dry spinning the clothes. When the water runs, it only fills the tubs with a bit of water. Then the wash (haha) cycle moves the clothes back and forth a bit. After several minutes the water drains, meanwhile the top layer of clothes have remained dry. There is no rinse cycle as such, just 20 minutes of shigh speed spin with the occasional squirt of water.
No I would not recommend this piece of crap to anyone.
Luckily we bought it at Costco and it will definitely be going back.

AVOID WHIRLPOOL
My BRAND NEW washer has failed in the first week of purchase, delivery on January 4th. I am STILL waiting for parts for my washer that is sitting ripped apart in my laundry room with no indication from whirlpool as to when its being fixed. Why does it take MONTHS to fix a BRAND NEW washer and WHY was it left for the customer to deal with instead of replacement?
There is ZERO customer service and Whirlpool acts as they can do whatever they want as they trap the customer into their poor service. I am making it my mission to expose this corrupt company on every platform possible. I have convinced many to avoid your garbage products and service and will continue to do so every day as I wait for my repairs. Whirlpool should be ashamed and deserves to go bankrupt if this is how they treat customers.

Fantastic Features!
I bought this clothes washer about a month ago when my 10 year old washer quit. The new technology this machine has is incredible! With so many options to choose from it’s a breeze to customize settings for each unique load! The best part is not worrying about the water level setting….it senses the load and fills to the perfect level. The wash tub, is so large that I can wash two sets of bedding in one go and have them come out perfectly clean. I even have to scrounge the entire house for towels just to make one load. I absolutely love this new machine!!!

No sure yet
When the washer works , it's good enough! The clothes are clean. The issue is when the unit decide not to work. It happened multiple times so far. Three lights come up and nothing else happen.
We had to unplug it and then plug it back and everything is fine again. Not normal for a week old washer. I have severe doubt about long term reliability.

NOT ENOUGH WATER -- DO NOT BUY
Do not buy this washing machine OR any Whirlpool washine machine. The biggest problem is that it barely adds any water. I only ran a half load of light items (t-shirts, socks, underwear) - I selected HEAVY DUTY and "Deep Water" option. More than half of the clothes on the top barely got wet. The agitator did not cycle them to the bottom. When I pulled the shirts out, they were still dirty and had clumps of dtergent on them. This is because they were never submerged in water.
I called Whirlpool customer service to inquire and was told by an agent that none of their machines fill the tub with enough water and I should consider only running 1/3 of a load. This is not realistic. Buy another brand if you want your clothes to be cleaned.
Other (smaller) problems are that there is no where to add detergent and no timer to see how much time is left.
I bought this at Costco. I will be calling them to come back and get it and re-order another machine that is a different brand.

Terrible machine
We bought this washer in January. I have never owned a washing machine this frustrating. If you don't wash your normal size load on deep water cycle, it does not rinse properly, leaving soap residue on the clothes. I cannot wash a queen size set of sheets by themselves on any cycle without it going unbalanced and not draining or spinning. Also, as a smaller complaint, it does not have a finished cycle buzzer so you need to keep checking to see if load is done. I do not recommend this machine.

A huge learning curve after my Maytag.
I bought this after my 41 year old top loading Maytag washer decided it was time to retire and so far have been happy with it though I feel the instructions could be more detailed - for example, although I do not ask for the lid to lock, it does anyway and I cannot find a way around that. I realize it's a safety feature but there are times when one wants to add an item after the cycle has started.

Works great. Easy to use. Know about impeller
Easy to use. Straightforward.
Only missing one star because I think I would have preferred getting one with the agitator instead now that I understand the science behind an impeller washer and how we need to place out clothes as a doughnut instead of dropping it in the middle as you would naturally do to get the best efficiency of the wash.
