Rated 1 out of 5 by No Warranty from No Warranty I am now 10 weeks without a functioning washer. It arrived defective early 2025 and I have been trying to get this NEW unit fixed since. Calling into customer service does nothing. We are in a continuous loop of wasting my time calling every week to tell me the parts should arrive next week. At this point one would think they'd replace the washer but no, they just keep telling me one more week and now here we are in March. I paid for a product warranty but they refuse to address it. Do not accept a warranty that allows Whirlpool to leave you indefinitely waiting for parts, on a NEW unit!

I bought this machine thinking Whirlpool is a great brand. however, it broke after 8 months only, still under warranty, but whirlpool doesnt have the parts to fix it. I am already in my second week without a washing machine and they still cant tell me when the parts will be in and when i should expect the repair. I can order a pencil from anywhere around the world and know exactly where it is, but Whirlpool, can not tell me any info on the parts. the technician tells them (i am not allowed to speak to him) that the parts are back-ordered. the customer service claims that all parts are not back ordered. i am expected to wait 7-10 BUSINESS days, before i can call them again? its crazy.

Delivery and install were questionable at best. “As leveling and hose hook up where part of installation “ when my wife asked if they leveled the washer … he replied it levels itself…. I got home from work it was so out of level I think my almost fell off the machine. Aside from that it washes the cloths ok. Also

Rated 3 out of 5 by Wash from Okay not great. I bought the washer a little over a month ago. It's adequate but has some real drawbacks. When washing a bathmat for example it doesn't spin it dry and needs to be put though a spin cycle again. For some reason it doesn't always start when you push the start button and you have to wait for it to countdown from 10 and then wait for an hour glass to reset itself, annoying. The surface of the washer scratches really easily. It smells musty and I've had to clean it already.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Do not buy from Problems Already The washer had problems from the start and now trying to get it serviced has costed so much time for it to still be broken. It is currently ripped open in my laundry room and the repair cannot be finished as they "cannot remove the part". Everything from the service booking to repair people have been frustrating and incompetent. I will never buy another whirlpool and now advise all my customers to avoid the problems.

Rated 5 out of 5 by houseof3 from Keeps the pace and works efficiently I've been using this washing machine for about a month and so far, am impressed with it's performance - it's quiet, is able to sense the appropriate amount of water for the load (normal cycle) and does a great job cleaning our clothes. I particularly like the built in fan that runs after each load finishes to minimize mould from growing in the seal. This is a super washer for a family that generates a lot of laundry, like ours!

I actually bought the dryer three weeks before as my Electrolux broke ( drum belt) for the 5 th time. My husband had bought another Electrolux and I returned it. Problems within the first day and their customer service is terrible. The Whirydryer has been excellent as well.
