Very happy and love the light in frig and freezer
I got a black frig to match other appliances. Wasn’t sure about the smooth front(not textured like the side) but it doesn’t seem to show marks. The temp in both frig/freezer is perfect and the ice maker. There are 3 drawers in frig but bottom one is only 1/2 a drawer. The door can hold items milk and ketchup, so you don’t have to reach in frig. The freezer shelves r small but put in baskets so can be pulled out to get stuff. There are ice/water only room for a coffee cup, have to fill large glass on a slant! Excellent delivery and packed well but, only complaint with plastic is caught between the door fronts and unable to remove little pieces.

Quality and Performance Lacking.
Let’s start with the fact the stove was delivered with a defective oven right out of the box. Every time I try to use the oven features that utilizes the fan, the convection or the air fry, there’s a loud screeching noise. Whirlpool has already send a technician three time, but the fix, whatever they try, doesn’t last 24 hours. The next day, the noise is back. Now I’ve scheduled a 4th appointment to have it looked at, for all the good it can do, but credit to Whirlpool for honouring their guarantee. It’s obvious the noise comes from the fan hitting the protective screen, but alas, a fix seems to be elusive and a problem that existed from the production line.
Now let’s talk oven performance because I can at least use the baking function. This oven is slow to heat up. It takes a minimum of 15 minutes to preheat to a temperature of 350 degrees F, and an extra 5 minutes for each subsequent 25 degrees increase. IOW, getting the oven to 400 degrees F takes 25 minutes.
If that wasn’t bad enough, the oven doesn’t retain its heat. Open the door to slip the food in and the temperature drops by up to 40 degrees F. Then it has to work its way back up to the desired temperature. Did I mention already how long it takes for this oven to heat up? Yeah, you need to factor in more cooking time for the oven to catch up. It might not make that much of a difference with a casserole or stew, but all my cakes and cookies turned out undercooked, and opening the door to check, it takes much longer for anything to reach proper doneness. A batch of cookies that took 15 minutes in former over can take up to 25 minutes in this one.
The stovetop also has its own problems. The gauges aren’t matched up to the mechanism underneath. Turn on the front burner to the lowest temperature and the gauge is off by 1/4 inch. That’s a big difference when half the gauge is for one the small element and the other half is for the extended one! In other words, turn the button to medium, and the element is heating below that. If you want medium-high heat, you have to eyeball it higher than that.
And like the oven, it takes a long time for the element to heat up. With my last stove, I would chop onions before I turned on the element to heat the pan. Now? I heat the pan, chop the onions, go to the washroom, come back, and the temperature is barely warm enough to get a sizzle.
With that kind of performance, I keep raising the heat, but that creates another problem. Once I get a sizzle, the temperature is too high and the food will get scorched.
Moving on to the back elements, and the accuracy of lining up the mechanism and the gauge is off by 1/4 inch, but in reverse. Turn the button to medium heat and it heats higher. Put it at the lowest heat, and it’s apparent the gauge goes further.
So, with all the above, while I do appreciate the Whirlpool customer service representative for their help, and sending another repair technicians, I do not recommend Whirlpool. By this point, the money spent on 4 repair technicians, plus parts, it would have been cheaper to just replace the thing. “But your guarantee doesn’t cover replacement”, I was told.

Great features
We love our new fridge. The shelves are easy to access and I can see everything on them since the lighting is so good. The freezer is also very nice and at first I thought it was a little small but now that I'm used to it, everything fits well. The water and ice features are fantastic. The only thing I have to watch is the fridge door because the hinges move so smoothly sometimes I forget to hold onto it and it swings opens a bit too wide.

Great fridge!
I really like our new fridge, although we didn't have alot to choose from as our fridge measurements have gotten bigger since our house built.
At first, a 4L jug of milk barley fit, the lid was pretty much hitting the top of the shelf. We've had it about a month and its seeming to fit better now.
