Fridge is freezing food
I bought this fridge on August 6 2020 and it was delivered on September 17, 2020. With the factory temperature setting at 38 degrees all the food in the fridge freezes. I have called Wagner Appliances where I purchased the fridge several times regarding the problem and they sent out a repair guy who said he did not know what the problem is. To this date I am unable to get an answer to what the problem is and how to deal with it. Obviously I will not get any assistance from them. At this time I have the fridge temperature set at 41 degrees as to not have my food freeze however it is causing the ice cubes to melt in the ice maker. I would love to have a fix for this problem as I really do like the fridge itself.

Like features thats it
It works, frame twisted and had to use 3/8 in shims on back right of unit to make level. Floors were checked and are level. Fridge is noisy even after the repairs were done. So noisy I can here it 20 feet away around a corner. Never owned one this load. It's annoying.

Poor Service for Possible Necessary Repair
This rating is with respect to the service I was requesting and not specifically the refrigerator. We purchased the refrigerator in March and about a month and a half ago it started making very loud noises. When I called Whirlpool to have someone come in and look into this for me, I was advised that service technicians in my area were no longer taking appointments and I would have to contact a local repair service and arrange for them to come in and I could submit the receipt to Whirlpool. When I questioned this, the woman I was speaking to seemed to only want to get me off the phone. I was not and am not impressed. I'm still working to have this looked at by a local repair company.

Reliabilty issues
Have owned this fridge for 2 years. Lots of space inside and in the freezer. Lots of room in the drawers and the shelves slide out which is very conveniant. The water is slow coming out, so you need to be patient when pouring a drink, but not the end of the world. Generally quiet when it runs, although the ice maker can occasionally be loud. Key highlights are the space and the french door design.
Have had issues with the fridge running too much and freezing. Had to replace the damper and control board after 2 years, costing $700. For this amount of money I'd look elsewhere for a more reliable fridge. The 1 year warranty is not enough, and whirlpool isn't great about covering service costs.

Looks nice
Replaced an LG fridge that stopped cooling.
This model has a very large ice cucumber capacity but the spout often gets blocked temporarily causing it to eject crushed iced instead.
The ice cube maker takes up a lot of interior space.
The lighting is not distributed causing shadows in some areas.
The fridge is freezing some times at the back and in the tray section so I had to INCREASE the fridge temperature above the recommended.
The water and ice dispenser spouts are essentially hidden so you can’t really see where they are coming out from.
The water and ice dispenser shut off takes about a second longer after you actually release the buttons for them causing spills.
Freezer freezes well.
Looks nice.

Worse fridge I ever owned
First it has something wrong with the frame as I had to use a bunch of shims in the back right corner to get it level. Next it is the noisiest thing I have ever heard. The motor is loud it rattles all the time and drives us crazy. The worst thing is trying to get ice in a glass. No matter what we do or how we position the glass ice flies out in all directions and spills on the floor. I spend so much time cleaning the mess on the floor that I hate getting ice. The handles keep coming loose. All I can say is I hate this fridge and regret buying it.

Good fridge
Wish the top/refrigeration section had more customization for the shelving. Personally like having the freezer section on the bottom. Find that I can fit a lot more in it and can organize well. Both exterior and interior clean easily. Stainless scratches easily - we have some scratches from magnets but no big deal for us. Ice and water have worked well for us. We purchase and change the filter as recommended.

Don’t have one from
I bought the refrigerator a year ago. I love the fingerprint resistant feature. One thing I’m having trouble with though is the Franchises doors. When I open the left hand door and close it, the right hand door partially opens. I have put up with this but don’t always remember to close the right hand door. I need to call for a service reparir.
Other than the doors, I love the refrigerator.j

Great Fridge
I bought this to replace a GE that had stopped working. So far, I love the extra space, especially the bottom freezer. The water is cold and the ice cubes are a nice size. The shelves adjust easily and the deli drawer is nice and large. Plus, lots of in-door shelf space. It feels lightweight, and I'm a bit concerned about durability. Time will tell.

Issues!
Bought this fridge based on available space. Actually, a replacement for similar model we bought 5 years ago that despite repairs failed. Right from the get go the temperature in the fridge was beyond cold - things froze in the “pantry” and lost a number of items. Called customer service and they not only were not able to address the temperature control issues but had no manual info to make suggestions. Said they would get back to me but did not. Ice maker rate of discharge of the cubes from the door I is excessive.
