I registered but never received the promised email with the dryer rack offer .

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jan C. from Loyal Whirlpool Customer! When my washer died, I decided to replace my dryer as well. I tried out Goemans for the first time & was so impressed! They were able to supply me with a Whirlpool 8620 washer & dryer and I got delivery a few days later. Since I loved my old Whirlpool washer & dryer that I had for 15-20 years, I wanted to stick with Whirlpool. The dryer is beautiful, has a much larger capacity than my old one and lots of features. The only issue was that I didn't receive the Use & Care Guide (explaining all the features). I couldn't find it on Whirlpool's website so I called Whirlpool and they said they would email it to me but I never received it. So I physically went back to Geomans and they gave me one from the floor model. The same applied to my washer. I also didn't receive the inner drying rack because the instructions with delivery said I must register the product and then they will mail it to me (free of charge). It wasn't straight forward and so I had to call Whirlpool about that too, but in the end I did receive the rack. NOTE: I do wish the volume on the dryer could be louder so I can hear when it is finished. I have it on the loudest setting but it's still quite quiet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by maria from Not happy and not satisfied. Very disappointing We bought this dryer with steam last Dec 2020. After a month, we encountered an issue. It just stops automatically while running. You need to unplug and plug in again to turn on the machine. I called for service and technician said they need to replace the board with a new one. Also, he told me it will take time to process the parts. So we’ve waited and last Feb this year I followed up with customer service and told me that it still processing. Followed up again last March and still processing. I can still use it then you just need to unplug and unplug. Now, it shuts off again while running and unplug and plug again but it is not turning at all. I called customer service again and they said my previous service got closed out. They don’t know why. Now, I am stuck and cannot use this machine. I have lots of laundry to do. You cannot rely on this machine and note that it was newly purchased and giving you some headache. I paid for 1,500 and performance is very poor. This product is not worthy all. I would not recommend this product and all. Do not buy this dryer.
