Due to that dealer and whirlpool were not ready to take responsibility after number of phone calls I manage to get technician from whirlpool to visit my house. but he denied as according to him this was broken during delivery. Finally, it took almost a month and half to get it fixed. But I have to stay with slightly dented damage door.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Fanny409 from Love Whirlpool and this dryer is the best! i bought this dryer to replace a 22 year old whirlpool washer dryer set. i love the whirlpool brand and this model doesn't disappoint!. Very easy to operate and "program" . Has a great capacity - i dried a kingsize down duvet in this machine and it dried beautifully in the time it was programmed for. it has lots of settings to choose from and they are all useful. Haven't used the steam setting so can't comment on that!

The connection to wifi is an added feature we didn't expect and is handy. Whirlpool has been a brand we have trusted for over 35 years in our household. Our previous Whirlpool drier lasted 22+ years.

I purchased through Costco and the first dryer that was delivered would not power on. I had to have a technician come out who suggested I have a replacement sent. Luckily the second one delivered works just fine. I do miss my Duet dryer

No issues whatsoever and so many options and drying methods available. It’s wifi & bluetooth enabled making it more easy to control and monitor. Highly recommended. It works as good as it looks.

It works well, with some features that I am not entirely familiar with and find the instructions lacking in specificity. Hopefully, with more use I'll figure out how to use all the features.
