Rated 2 out of 5 by Jojosave from Thankfully I was able to return it… I really wanted to keep this washer because I liked the control panel and features but it was terrible from day one. Noisy would be an understatement and yes, it was perfectly balanced. I wasn’t prepared to have to service a machine that was one day old. The tub vibrated like a jet engine. Never seen the likes of it throughout my 71 years. Maybe it was a lemon and an exception but I couldn’t take a chance. Thank heavens for Costco’s satisfaction guarantee otherwise we would have been stuck with it.

Tons of settings to make getting clothes clean and the spray and scrub is cool. Did not give 5 star seeing i am still on the fence about not getting full agitator

This is the worst washing machine I’ve ever owned, multiple service calls in first couple weeks of owning, had it 5 months now, 8 service calls later, still same issues, shakes violently, moves across laundry room, will not stay balanced or level, and no one will help, not whirlpool, not my retailer, stuck with a $1200 garbage can……and every time I ask for assistance or money back, they set up another service call, and round and round we go…..whirlpool will offer no help so buyer beware….they take your money and you’re screwed.
